Depression days - bad day
Haven't done a thing on my site today, feeling rather depressed and panicky again. My oldest son is still not 100% but my 4 year old is sick now, headache and fevers, why do I panic as soon as they get sick. Its so hard to explain how it makes me feel, I feel sick to my stomach, when my husband came home from work I just burst into tears, I wish I didn't feel like this.Does anyone ever beat depression and panic attacks??? Or is it something I'll have to deal with forever.
